Partnership with CDI, ASSAM, India

Sister Rose Paite, Director, CDI

CDI,  Centre for Development Initiative, based out of Gawhati, Assam. This is the development wing of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians (MSMHC), an organization dedicated to the service of marginalized communities, especially women, girls and children.

"We have sent funds to buy bales of cloth", says Dr Radhika Batra. "We were unable to send masks due to the lock-down on roads. But we are so happy and privileged to be part of a project initiated by CDI, where nuns are stitching 30,000 masks for distribution to the poor and homeless,  and to the domestic workers and their children. It is my sincere desire to help Sister Rose as much as possible in her path breaking endeavours to provide solace in this hour of need. "

Sister Rose Paite blesses Dr Radhika Batra

Sister Rose Paite is deeply appreciative of the fact that Every Infant Matters has reached out to her in times of need, and sends her blessings to the entire team.

"You are really great to do things so fast.

Be positive. God cannot bypass his grace to you as you serve the poor so much

My assurance of prayers.  All the children will pray and bless you and your families."

And work goes on.... with love and joy in our hearts

"Every Infant matters wanted to send sanitisers to CDI for distribution to the needy. But the roads are blocked. There is nothing available locally. " says Dr Radhika Batra . "We are still hopeful that we shall find a solution. Meanwhile we have sent supplies of soap, and Sister Rose agrees that we shall have to manage with this for the time being."
