Distributing 5500 blankets to fight the bitter cold

We go around the city at odd hours, even in the middle of the night and in the early hours of morning. We find people shivering in the cold, and we give them blankets. Today we found little children doing acrobatics at street lights and begging for a living. Their eyes lit up with happiness when we gave them blankets and biscuits, providing both food and warmth to their malnourished bodies.
