Shikha has spent 16 years as a child in district Kargil, and after her marriage to Major Nikhil Pargal, she spent another two years at the border. Shikha’s commitment to the people of Kargil is unparalleled. She works with a group of volunteers, including army officers and their wives, serving women and children in every way possible in villages such as Kaksar, near the LOC (line of control )

A competent dynamic Senior Executive, he had an in-depth experience in executing CSR Projects on well-defined thematic areas of HealthCare – Road Safety – Education – Skill Development – Women Empowerment – Safety & Disaster Mitigation. He has a wide exposure to health activities, disaster management mitigation, restoration of confidence, and livelihood activities in Target communities across Southern India in Partnership with Major Corporate Accounts & International Donor Agencies.
He started his career in the Social Sector as the Assistant Director of Indian Tsunami Rehabilitation Projects in Coastal India funded by OxfamNovib of The Netherlands. His key strengths include Team Building, Counseling, Handling Advocacy, Administration, Communication & Reporting of Project activities to the Organisation & Donor Agencies. He is skilled in Management, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Product Management, Business Process Improvement and Training & Delivery.
Mr Srinivas is a Post Graduate in Economics from the University of Madras with over 45+ years of work experience. Associated with ASSIST Philippines, Datri Blood Stem Cell Donor Registry as their CSR Head for India.
